What we collect
- ✓Your email address, collected automatically through Google sign-in, used to deliver your output and link your submissions to your account.
- ✓The document content you paste into our tools (job postings, resumes, cover letters) — used solely to generate your output.
- ✓Payment information is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
How we use your information
- ✓To generate and deliver your requested output (cover letter, resume, WFA email).
- ✓To send you a confirmation email with your output and a link to your dashboard.
- ✓To send marketing emails if you consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- ✓To improve our tools using aggregated, anonymized usage data.
Data retention and deletion
Document content you submit (job postings, resumes, cover letters, generated outputs, and score data) is automatically and permanently deleted 30 days after submission. This process runs daily and requires no action from you.
Your account record (email, purchase history, tool usage dates) is retained so you can access your dashboard and purchase history.
You may request full account deletion at any time by emailing privacy@federaljobcourse.com.
Third-party services
Your email and purchase information are processed by Stripe (payments) and stored in Supabase (database). We use additional third-party services for authentication, document generation, email delivery, and hosting. Your information is shared with these providers only as necessary to deliver our services and is not sold to third parties.
Your rights
